Working with Schedules

Editing Event Details for primary events

Event Global ID

Displays the Global ID for the event such as an Ad-ID or an Industry
Standardized Commercial Identifier (ISCI) code.

Note: The event and asset Global IDs should match. If the Event
Global ID does not match the Asset Global ID, it triggers a warning.

Asset Global ID

Displays the Global ID for the asset such as an Ad-ID or an Industry
Standardized Commercial Identifier (ISCI) code.

Note: The event and asset Global IDs should match. If the Event
Global ID does not match the Asset Global ID, it triggers a warning.

Asset Status

Displays the readiness of the asset:

New

: indicates that the asset has not been verified.

Action Required

: indicates that the asset has been verified, but

issues with it have been discovered and remain unresolved.

Ready To Air

: indicates that the asset has been verified and has

been deemed acceptable to go on air.

Note: Assets with a status of New or Action Required will trigger a
warning, but the status of the asset will not prevent the event from
going on air. To resolve the warning, a user granted the necessary
permissions should verify the asset and edit the status on the Asset
Management page.

Time Mode

(All types)

Select one of the following:

Auto/Follow On

: the event starts to play immediately after the

previous primary event ends.

Manual Hold

: the event remains on hold until an operator

manually clicks the Take Next button in the Channel Control page
when the channel is live. Events configured as Manual Hold are
marked in red in the Time column of the schedule grid.

Fixed Manual

: the event is inserted at a specified date and time and

placed on hold until an operator manually clicks the Take Next
button in the Channel Control page when the channel is live. In the

Date

field, select the date when you want the event to be

scheduled. In the

Time

field, type the time when you want the event

to playout. Events configured as Fixed Manual are marked in red in
the Time column of the schedule grid.

Fixed/True Time

: the event starts to play at a specified date and

time. In the

Date

field, select the date when you want the event to

be scheduled. In the

Time

field, type the time when you want the

event to playout. Events configured as Fixed/True Time are marked
in green in the Time column of the schedule grid and their
timecodes are prefixed with the letter “F”.
