configured, “Cn.tP” [C.G02] is equal to “Pid” and "Pb" [R.D01] is
different from 0.

When device is working with SMART algorithm and “Cn.tP”
[C.G02] is equal to “Pid”, the “td” value will be proportional to
the “ti” value with a ratio established during the "TUNE"
