retransmission initial and full scale values);
"Gr.5 - rL" [R.E10] and "Gr.5 - rH" [R.E11]
(set point low and high limits); will be forced to the span limits
of the new selected variable.

limits for the new selected variable, will be forced to the low
limit value.
