Intel recommends enabling CPU C6 report to OS.
Package C State limit C0, C1, C3, C6, C7,
No Limit (Default) Specifies the lowest C-State (Low Power idle state) for the
CPU package. Lower C states correspond lower power
consumption and with a longer C-state entry/exit latency.
