Section 9 – Utilities Menu
Copy A Setup
Starting from the Utilities menu in Figure 9–4,
move the cursor down to Copy A Setup and press
the
ENTER
key. The display first requests the
source file number. This is shown in Figure 9–8.
COPY FROM

Use the increment and/or decrement key to select
a source file and press the
ENTER
key. Next the
display requests a destination for the file as shown
in Figure 9–9. Again, use the increment and/or dec-
rement key to select a destination and press the
ENTER
key.
COPY TO
2 #
The display will ask for confirmation before pro-
ceeding. This screen is shown in Figure 9–10.

To proceed, move the cursor down to
YES
and press
the
ENTER
key. The file is copied and the display
returns to the Setup Utilities selection menu shown
in Figure 9–4.
Erase Setups
Again, starting from the Utilities menu in Figure
9–4, move the cursor down to Erase Setups and
press the
ENTER
key. The menu gives us a choice
to erase the current setup or to erase all setups.
This menu is shown in Figure 9–11.

ERASE ALL SETUPS
The current setup is the one chosen from the Se-
lect Setup menu. Press the enter key, and the menu
prompts you with a confirmation messages indi-
cating the setup to be deleted. This is shown in
Figure 9–12.

To erase the indicated setup, move the cursor down
to
YES
and press
ENTER
. The display will display
the message that the setup is being erased (Figure
9–13) and return to the Process Setup menu (Fig-
ure 9–2). Leaving the cursor at
NO
and pressing
ENTER
will still return you to the Process Setup
menu (Figure 9–2).
