Replacing a Display Shelf
Step 3
Remove the PDU by performing one of the following steps:
•
Remove a PDU from the accessory cabinet or the first row center privacy panel by removing the
mounting screws.
•
Remove the PDU from the second row table section by removing the plastic knob screws on the
underside of the table, removing the privacy panel, and removing the PDU that is placed in the lower
cable gutter.
Step 4
Attach the replacement PDU.
Step 5
Plug in the jumper cords that were removed and turn the power switch to the On position.
Step 6
Plug the PDU power cord into the wall receptacle.
Step 7
Open a browser on a computer connected to the network.
Step 8
Get the IP address for the system codec as follows:
a.
On the IP phone, locate Manual at the bottom of the screen and press the soft key.
Note
If you cannot locate the Manual button, proceed to Step
b.
Locate Info at the bottom of the screen and press the soft key.
c.
Scroll down to the IP Address listing and copy the address.
Step 9
Type in the IP address of the system codec. Log in to the system by entering the following information:
a.
In the Admin field, type admin.
b.
In the Password field, type cisco.
Note
If your administrator has changed the user name or password, enter those values.
Step 10
Click Login.
Step 11
Verify the status of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (seen in the lower left portion of the
window) is Enabled/Up.
Step 12
Choose System Restart to perform a software reset.

Replacing a Display Shelf
The display shelves are the table sections that sit directly below the display screens.
Required Information, Tools, and Equipment
To remove and replace a display shelf, you need the following tools:

Medium and large Phillips screwdriver
•
10 mm wrench
