Transferring Data between Handset SD
Card and PC (Card reader mode)
Connect handset to a PC with Micro USB Cable [SHDDL1]
(optional accessory).
Insert Micro USB plug of Micro USB Cable into External Device
Port
・Insert Micro USB plug in correct orientation; otherwise,
External device Port may be damaged. Check contours and
orientation of Micro USB plug before inserting it.
Insert USB plug of Micro USB Cable into PC USB port
・If confirmation appears, follow onscreen prompts.
Drag Status Bar down for Notifications Window
Notifications Window opens.
Check that USB connected and Connect by card reader
mode appear
・If connected by another mode, in Notifications Window, Tap
Connect by MTP mode / Connect by PTP mode and then
Card reader mode .
・If USB connected does not appear, SD Card is not inserted
or not recognized. See " Inserting SD Card " for details.
Turn on USB storage OK
Handset SD Card is mounted to the PC, and files can be
transferred.
・If Turn on USB storage does not appear, Drag Status Bar
down and Tap USB connected .
・To unmount SD Card from the PC, first unmount from PC
and then Tap Turn off USB storage .
・While SD Card is accessing an application while mounted
to the PC, message indicating SD Card cannot be accessed
appears. Unmount SD Card to use.
・When completed, remove Micro USB Cable from handset and
PC.
