Static Address (User-defined) count
Number of MAC addresses in the forward-
ing database that were manually entered by a user.
Total MAC Addresses in use
Number of MAC addresses currently in the for-
warding database.
Total MAC Addresses available
Number of MAC addresses the forwarding
database can handle.

show running-config
Use this command to display or capture the current setting of different protocol
packages supported on the switch. This command displays or captures commands with
settings and configurations that differ from the default value. To display or capture the
commands with settings and configurations that are equal to the default value, include
the [all] option.
NOTE: Show running-config does not display the User Password, even if you
set one different from the default.
The output is displayed in script format, which can be used to configure another switch
with the same configuration. If the optional
extension of “.scr”, the output is redirected to a script file.
NOTE: If you issue the
show running-config
command from a serial con-
nection, access to the switch through remote connections (such as Tel-
net) is suspended while the output is being generated and displayed.

Switch Description Text used to identify this switch.
System Name Name used to identify the switch.The factory default is blank. To con-
figure the system name, see 5.6.1 “snmp-server“ on page 5 - 15.
System Location Text used to identify the location of the switch. The factory default
is blank. To configure the system location, see 5.6.1 “snmp-server“ on
page 5 - 15.
System Contact Text used to identify a contact person for this switch. The factory
default is blank. To configure the system location, see 5.6.1 “snmp-
server“ on page 5 - 15.
System ObjectID The base object ID for the switch’s enterprise MIB.
System Up Time The time in days, hours and minutes since the last switch reboot.
MIBs Supported A list of MIBs supported by this agent.
