Discards
Total number of LLDP frames discarded on the port for any reason.
Errors
The number of invalid LLDP frames received on the port.
Ageouts
Total number of times a complete remote data entry was deleted for
the port because the Time to Live interval expired.
TVL Discards The number of TLVs discarded
TVL Unknowns Total number of LLDP TLVs received on the port where the type
value is in the reserved range, and not recognized.

show lldp remote-device
Use this command to display summary information about remote devices that transmit
current LLDP data to the system. You can show information about LLDP remote data
received on all ports or on a specific port.
Format
show lldp remote-device

Mode
Privileged EXEC
Local Interface The interface that received the LLDPDU from the remote device.
Chassis ID
The ID of the remote device.
Port ID
The port number that transmitted the LLDPDU.
System Name The system name of the remote device.

Use this command to display detailed information about remote devices that transmit
current LLDP data to an interface on the system.

Local Interface The interface that received the LLDPDU from the remote device.
Chassis ID Subtype The type of identification used in the Chassis ID field.
Chassis ID
The chassis of the remote device.
Port ID Subtype The type of port on the remote device.
Port ID
The port number that transmitted the LLDPDU.
System Name The system name of the remote device.
System Description Describes the remote system by identifying the system name and
versions of hardware, operating system, and networking software sup-
ported in the device.
Port Description Describes the port in an alpha-numeric format. The port description
is configurable.
System Capabilities Supported Indicates the primary function(s) of the device.
System Capabilities Enabled Shows which of the supported system capabilities are
enabled.
