Number Serial number of column (max. 256 characters).
ID Internal diameter of the column in mm.
Length Length of the column in mm. This parameter is
used to calculate Linear flow .
Packing material
Column Column description (max. 256 characters).
Particle size Particle size of the column in µm. This value is
used for the calculation of reduced theoretical
plate height Reduced TP height .
Void volume Void volume for the column in %. Used to cal-
culate Logarithmic index , Capacity factor and Lin-
ear flow . It is calculated by the system in accor-
dance with the settings defined on Method setup
/ Math .
Precolumn
ID Internal diameter of the precolumn in mm.
Length Length of the precolumn in mm (set length to 0
if no precolumn is used).
