2.2.3/ Output format for 40 column printer: for small printers with a paper width of approx. 80 to 120mm.
Printing time per line may be entered, as small printers often have a limited input buffer
As for the 80 col. Printer, a header can be added at the start of the printing process. This is carried out as described in
the previous section. A new printout of the header can be activated by pressing the PRINT key for two seconds.
