12.3 Diagnostic data
• The IO device sends an alarm message to the IO controller to signalise the diagnostic data
below.
• Errors and warnings in the Servo Drive 9400 and the plugged-in modules are sent to the IO
controller as extended diagnostic messages.
• With code C13887 / C14887 the transmission of an alarm message can be suppressed for
specific error messages.
• The diagnostic data are shown in code C13867 / C14867 :
