Appendix A. FSA210 Uninstallation
To uninstall all the program of FSA210 Mass Flow Configuration software, you need to take the
following three steps.
(1) Uninstall field communication server
Execute :\PRM\Program\PRMUninstall.exe
Double-click the filename in Windows Explorer.
is the drive on which field communication server is installed.
is the drive where the PRM directory is located.
The default drive is the same drive on which Windows is installed.
