EFINITION
The cue points are reference points that can be placed wherever needed on the
media loaded on the Player. Their purpose is to mark points of interest on the
media and to facilitate rapid movement between them. The cue points are
managed with the following buttons:

A distinction can be drawn between internal and external cue points.
The internal cue points are placed by the user on the media loaded on the
Player.
They are displayed on the media bar as yellow triangles.
The external cue points correspond to logs created in and imported from
IPDirector, if the installation is properly set up. An interest ranking is assigned to
them.
They are displayed on the media bar as transparent triangles.
When you right-click on a cue point on a media bar where the two types of cue
points are displayed, a contextual menu appears and let you select the cue points
that should appear:

To add a cue point on the media, place the nowline at the requested position on
the media and click the Add Cue point button
. The cue point is added on the
media as a yellow triangle on the video frame.
