Service Script associated with a group of calls
made during the specified time.
Average Hold
Time
Average duration of a call for the
specified time in minutes and seconds.
Calls Total number of calls for the specified
time.
Event
Description
Name of the call data field. Appears only when the Include
Call Data Fields?: field is set
to Yes. See Modifying the Call
