Enter a number, range of numbers, or all in the

Number of Call

Records:

field to specify the number of most recent records to include in

the report. The default is all.

Enter the date to which you want to limit the report information, or all, in
the

Date:

field. Use the format of

mm/dd/yyyy

for month, day, and year. If

you do not specify a year, the system uses the current year. The default is
all, meaning that the report displays all dates.

Note:

The

Number of Call Records:

field and the

Date:

field work

independently of each other. That is, if you search for a specific
number of records, the Call Data Detail Report displays only the
most recent call records up to that limit. From that set of records, it
displays those that match the specified date and service.
