Playlist Editor’s toolbar
The toolbar along the top-left side of the Playlist Editor contains a series of buttons that allow
you to populate the playlist and perform other basic actions on the existing playlist. See
“An
overview of the Playlist Editor” on page 6-2 for more information.
The following table provides a functional description of each button on the playlist toolbar:
C REATE N EW P LAYLIST
Create and displays a new, empty playlist.
Alternative access:

• Keyboard shortcut: C TRL +N
O PEN E XISTING P LAYLIST
Displays a dialog box for selecting and opening an existing playlist asset.
Alternative access:

Menu command: F ILE >O PEN P LAYLIST
• Keyboard shortcut: C TRL +O
S AVE C URRENT P LAYLIST
Saves the current playlist. If the playlist is new and has not yet been saved,
a dialog box appears and lets you set specific data related to the playlist.

S AVE C URRENT P LAYLIST A S
Saves the current playlist under a different name.

Reloads the most recently saved version of the playlist.

• Keyboard shortcut: F5
I NSERT N EW P AGE
Opens the S ELECT A TEMPLATE FOR THE NEW GRAPHIC dialog box, which
allows you to insert a new page into the playlist.
