FAQs), spare parts information, and a link to the File Transfer Protocol
(FTP) site.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
The Kayak HD Digital Production Switcher is designed for ease of service
and includes diagnostic functions for fast and effective troubleshooting of
the system. This information is for troubleshooting a Kayak HD system that
was installed and working properly prior to experiencing any failures.
Diagnosis Menu
The Diagnosis menu can be selected using the Home – Install – System menu.

The Diagnosis system shows all internal Error Messages from the selected
devices.
The button Diagn Enable enables / disables the diagnosis in the attached
control panel or in the connected mainframe.
