Section 3 — Configuration
Selecting the Router Level
On some routers systems (Encore, Pro-Bel) it is possible to assign also
router levels to a certain External AUX Bus.
Note The handling of levels depends on the configuration of the external router
system!
Touch the Modify Level button and select a number of the router levels:
0 = First level of the external router
1 = Second level of the external router
2 = Third level of the external router
If Router Output and Router Level are configured, the external router
can be controlled. Provided that the external router is configured
accordingly!
Source Name Transfer
Source names can be transferred automatically from the external router
system to the Kayak.
Note On Encore or Pro-Bel is no additional Protocol for Mnemonics Transfer nec-
essary. If Jupiter is used as external router an additional Protocol has to be
selected in the Install - Router - Setup menu!
Control of External Routers
Control of external routers is possible by using the respective Kayak or
Sidepanel menu only! To call the menu touch first the Router button in
Kayak`s Home menu.
