Where: xxxxxx = AUTO or MANUAL.
Notes:
1. This command selects the mode of operation for the
SMS-7000.
2. If AUTO is selected, the M&C in the SMS-7000
controls all switching decisions.
3. If MANUAL is selected, the operator controls all
switching decisions via the following three commands.

modem modulator.
