pass
the
thread
through
the
spiral
thread
guide,
start
operation
fronn
the
left,
making
a
circular
clockwise
movement
with
your
hand
twice.
The
thread
shall
slide
inside the center ofthe spiral (illustration 7).
9.
Pass
the
thread
through
the
last
thread
guide
and
insert
the
thread
end
inside,
the
eye
ofthe
needle
from
front
to
back
(illustration?), pulling 10 cm of thread through eye.
To thread the needle, you may use the needle
threader, which is included in the accessories kit of
your SINGERsewing machine.
1.
Remove the metal hook protector.
2.
Fit
the
needle
threader
aligned
with
the
needle
clamp
(illustration
8),
allowingthe
metal
hookto
pass
inside
the needle eye (illustration 9).
3.
Insertthreadinthehookslot (illustration 10).
4.
Pull
needle
threader
back.
It
shall
thread
the
needle
producingaloop (illustration 1 1 ) .
5 . Pull thread about 10 cm, openingthe loop with fingers.
