TURN OFF THE MACHINE BEFORE REMOVING
THE PRESSER FOOT
1Turn hand wheel until the needle is in its highest position and
liftthepresserfoot.
2.
Loosen the screw (A) and remove the presser foot
(B), turning it to the right and pulling ittothefront.
3.
To replace the presser foot, fit the shank around the presser
bar and tighten presserfoot screw.
Changing a needle
TURN OFF THE MACHINE BEFORE CHANGING
NEEDLE.
1.
Turn handwheel untilthe needle is in its highest position.
2.
Loosenthe needle clampand remove needle.
3.
With the flat side of needle to the back, insert new needle
u p i nto c I am p as far as it wi 11 go.
4.
Tighten needle clamp screwfirmly.
