To set a bay address, follow the steps below.

1.

Using the toggle switch at the top of the CPU board, place the Wash Select II in
setup mode by moving the switch toward the back of the Wash Select II case.
(The CPU board is located on the inside right wall of the Wash Select II case.)

2.

Using the (3) key to scroll forward and the (1) key to scroll back, scroll through the
main menu until the “POS4000 Link” option is displayed. Press the (*) key to
enter.

3.

Scroll through this menu until the “Set Bay Address” option is displayed, and then
press the (*) key to enter.

4.

Enter the “Bay Address” of the unit you are configuring, and then press the (*)
key.

Convey Accounting

This feature allows the POS4000 to receive information when cash or other forms of payment
are used at the Wash Select II coin box. If you choose to not have accounting information
conveyed (you may do this in the case of revenue sharing if codes are being sold by a
partnering merchant), all coin-box accounting information is withheld from the POS4000.
Follow the steps below to enable/disable the “Convey Accounting” feature.

Scroll through this menu until the “Convey Accounting” option is displayed, and
then press the (*) key to enter.

Press the (1) key for “YES” (enabled) or the (3) key for “NO” (disabled).

Use POS Names and Prices

This function allows the wash names, wash prices and the second line of the wash display to
be controlled by the POS4000. The POS4000 allows you to configure first and second line
and apply that as a wash name. Make a note however, that the Wash Select II will take only
the first 10 characters and apply that as the wash name. To configure the Wash Select II to
allow the POS4000 to control wash names and prices follow the steps below.
