Pull the right handle of the Option Paper Tray (A3) to the front gently and remove the Paper Tray
completely:

You can check the jammed paper by removing the Option Paper Tray (A3) and then pressing the
Jam Remove Lever down:

Pull the paper to the front and remove the jammed paper carefully:

Reinstall the Option Paper Tray (A3):
