Original type can be set up by pressing 【 】 → [FAX] → [Image Type]:

Select the original type to be used, between [photo] or [text]:
photo - For file transmission including photo or picture with
brightness difference.
- Transmission time is very long as the brightness of file
should be delivered.
text → Gen. Image Type - For file transmission made of general text.
- Transmission time is very fast as black/white image only
can be sent.
