3. Menu and Mode
There are two modes available in the Web Monitor: User Mode and Administrator Mode.
The displayed items may be different based on the Machine type.
User Mode
In the User Mode, you can change the lookup or setting of the machine status, fine manager, job
history, or environment settings. But, part of the Machine settings cannot be changed:

1. Home
[Status], [Device], [Counter], and [Inquiry Info] tab is displayed.
Details of Tab menu are displayed in Job area.
2. File Manager
You can confirm, modify, print, or delete the store file. Stored file can be transmitted to
E-mail, Net Folder, or FTP.
3. Address Book
You can add, change, or delete the user not having authentication information.
For the user having authentication info, the confirmation of the info is available only.
4. Job
The history of the job executed in the machine is displayed.
5. System Settings
The settings to the machine can be changed.
