3. Fax Transmission via the PC
When installing the printer driver of N700 Series, PC Fax Driver is also installed.
You can make fax transmission via the PC using the fax driver:

Open the file to be transmitted by Fax in the application program.

Select [Print] in the [File] menu.

Check that print driver installed in the Machine is selected.

Open [Properties] screen and select [Fax] in the Job Type and then press [OK].

Pressing [OK] on the [Print] screen displays [Fax Wizard] window.

Open [Cover Page], [Recipient], and [Fax Settings] tabs in [Fax Wizard] window and then make
Fax Settings. For detailed settings, see the Table below.
