When a paper is jammed in the Duplex Print Unit, lift up the Duplex Print Unit (①) and then
remove the jammed paper (②) carefully:

Close the Side Cover.
Solve the Paper Jam from the Option Paper Tray (A3)

Open the Cover (①) at the left bottom of the Option Paper Tray (A3). Pull the paper (②) to the
front by your hands and remove the jammed paper carefully:
