Output the first page for the cover sheet:

Output the first page and last page for the cover sheets:
Slip sheet
Insert sheets between printouts whenever the page of original changes:
Sheets may be inserted or stacked up automatically for every 1 sheet when copying onto OHP
paper. Set the slip sheet paper by the same size and orientation as the copying paper.
