then the pages of 1, 2, 3 are output in order. The application is in priority to the setting and
can provide this feature.
- Rotation Sort
Rotation Sort is to rotate the even-numbered printouts to 90 direction and output them.
To use this feature correctly, please be noted the following restrictions and cautions:
Collate features must be selected for Rotate Print
(Check Collate in the printer driver and output program.)
Rotation Sort can be made only for the sheet size of A4, B5, Letter, Executive, or 16K.
(You can use the paper size available for Paper A3 tray and Bypass Tray in T direction and
Y direction both.)
Finisher disables the output (Staple cannot be used.)
Front/Back Cover or Interleaves cannot be used.
Set the paper orientation per each Tray correctly. (For Rotate 90 , set the paper in 90
rotated direction on the Bypass Tray or A3 Paper Tray.)
You cannot use this feature with Sample Print, Locked Print,Stored and Print, and Stored
Print in the Job Type.
This feature may no longer work in the specific program.
3. [Orientation]
Select the Print Orientation on the Page. “Portrait”allows printing short edge of the paper on
the top.“Landscape”allows printing long edge of the paper on the top. Most applications are
in priority to this setting, providing Page Setting to set up the paper orientation. By checking
“Rotate180 ”, the print can be rotated 180 from general direction, To change the following
Print Settings, open Printing Preferences screen and click Print Settings Tab:

[Duplex]
You can make duplex print on the paper. Select the book orientation of the paper before
printing (It is available for 2-Booklet.). To change the following Print Settings, open
Printing Preferences screen and click Print Settings Tab.
