You can use read diagnostics to view status using the master’s
configuration software. The adapter returns identification in response
to the Read DP–Slave Diagnostic Information message.

Bit 0 - Node Address Changed

12 Identifier Related diagnostic header byte (44h)
13-15 Identifier diagnostic bits 1
1 One identifier bit for each logical module (adapter and each slot use
two identifier bits). The bits set indicate a module fault.
