Caution Command is valid only for DMI/DMW mode.
It has the same function as that of [02] fnnn.

Setting Y-code-transmission-to-serial-port request
Code [02] k
Function After receiving this command, printer issues "Y"(59hex) code via serial
port. This allows printer and computer to synchronize each other.
Caution [0D] hex code is not added to the end of the "Y"(59hex) code.
