The OCU-DP cards and supporting Controller Software will support the following

(OOS) Major Facility Network sending Out-of-
Service code (OOS) or
card has LOS. Correct with Network or
replace or deprovision the
card.
Los of
Signal
(LOS) Major Facility No signal at customer link. Correct with Customer
data path, replace the card,
or reconnect the drop.
Los of
Frame
(LOF) Major Facility Framing patter not
detected at customer link. Correct with Customer
data path, replace the card,
or reconnect the drop.
Bipolar
Violation
(BPV) Minor Facility Excessive violations on
customer interface. Correct with the incoming
signal, or deprovision card.
