The system indicator panel
DC IN
The DC IN indicator glows green when DC power is
supplied from the AC adaptor. If the adaptor’s output
voltage is abnormal or if the power supply
malfunctions, this indicator flashes orange.
On
Power
The Power indicator glows green when the
computer is on. If you turn off the computer in
Resume mode, this indicator flashes orange (one
second on, two seconds off) while the computer
shuts down.
Main Battery
The Main Battery indicator shows the condition of
the battery’s charge: Green indicates full charge,
orange indicates battery charging and flashing
orange indicates a low battery charge. Refer to
Chapter 6,
Secondary Battery
This indicator shows the charge condition of a
battery installed in the SelectBay. Green means
fully charged and orange means being charged.

Disk
This indicator glows green when the computer is
accessing the internal hard disk.
SelectBay
This indicator glows green when the computer is
accessing a DVD-ROM/CD-ROM, secondary
HDD or diskette in the SelectBay or a diskette in
an external drive.
