Removing the internal modem
To access the internal modem slot, you will remove the battery pack.
Removing the battery pack
To remove a battery pack, follow the steps below.
1. Save your work.
2. Turn the computer’s power off. Make sure the Power indicator is off.
3. Remove all cables connected to the computer.
4. Turn the computer upside down with the front facing you and push the
battery cover to the right to the unlock position. A dot on the battery
cover should align with the unlock icon.
5. Pull out the battery pack forward to remove it.
