On the E-Mail Mode screen, settings can be specified for the following.
Select the desired settings, and then touch [Enter].
– TX Size (Max.): Specify the maximum document size that can be
transmitted. Select “Letter/Legal” or “11×17”.
– TX Quality (Max.): Select the maximum resolution that can be sent.
Select “200dpi”, “400dpi” or “600dpi”.
– Coding Method: Select the coding method for the data to be sent.
Select “MH”, “MR” or “MMR”. The data amount for the coding
methods increase as follows: MMR, MR, MH.

To change the port number, touch [Port].
– To change the port number, press the [C] (clear) key, use the key-
pad to type in the port number, and then touch [Enter].
– To return to the default setting, touch [Default].
