Reminder
If the [Utility/Counter] key was pressed to register items and specify set-
tings, be sure to press the [Reset] key in the control panel after returning
to the initial screen.
To program a one-touch dial button

Press the [Utility/Counter] key.
Item Description
One-Touch Name Type in the name of the recipient that will appear on the one-
touch dial button. Up to 12 characters can be entered.
Example: Tokyo br
Destination Type in the IP address of the computer where the data is to
be saved.
Port Type in the port number (between 1 and 65535).
File Type Select the format (“TIFF” or “PDF”) of the file that is to be sent.
Coding Method Select the coding method for the data to be sent. Select “MH”
or “MMR”. The data amount with the MMR coding method is
less than with the MH method.
