No. Element Name Description
1 “Folder by key name”
check box If this check box is selected, a folder with the same name
as the programmed scan button is automatically created.
When sending a Scan to PC transmission from this ma-
chine, a folder is automatically created with the same name
as the destination of the one-touch dial button.
If a transmission is sent with the address entered directly, a
folder is automatically created with the name “(Input)”.
This check box is connected to the “Save folder as a key”
check box in the main window.
2 “Create new folder by
Date” check box If this check box is selected, the data is saved in a folder
created with a name from the date that the image was sent
from the machine. The format of the date can be specified.
Example: For December 24, 2005 (Saturday)
• yyyy.mm.dd: 2005.12.24
• yyyy.mm: 2005.12
• yyyy.mm.dd-dd: 2005.12.18-24 *If “Start week on” was
set to “Sun”
(A week is considered to be 7 days from the selected day.
However, at the end of the month, the months will not be
straddled.)
