RMON Configuration
This appendix provides the following information:
❑ A list of supported standard and proprietary MIBs
❑ The sequence followed by Castle Rock’s SNMPc® when
compiling MIBs
❑ Sample procedures for enabling and disabling RMON objects
This appendix does not provide all the details on SNMP and assumes
you are experienced in using SNMP commands to manage your
network.
The FORMULA 8200 has an SNMP agent software that can provide
information on the following RMON groups (RFC 1271):
❑ Statistics
❑ History
❑ Alarms
❑ Events
