Continuous Access XP Journal split types (PSUS)
describes Continuous Access XP Journal split types. You can split a Continuous Access XP Journal

pair to perform media maintenance on the primary data volume or access the secondary data volume
(secondary data volume write enable).
PFUL
Continuous Access XP Journal monitors the total
amount of data in the journal volume. If the
amount of data exceeds the threshold (80%), the
pair status changes from COPY or PAIR to PFUL.
The write data that inflows is monitored during the
specified time (Data Overflow Watch). You can
use Command View XP or XP Remote Web
Console to set the monitoring time period (the
default is 60 seconds).
NOTE:
The PFUL status is displayed by RAID
Manager. Command View XP or XP Remote
Web Console displays this status as PAIR.
