Parameter 1 OFF | 0 Disables the selected interface.
ON | 1 Enables the selected interface.
Parameter 2 GPIB Select GPIB
USB Select USB
SOCKets Select Sockets
WEB Select the web server
SERial Selected Serial (UART)
Return Parameter Returns the status of the selected mode.
Example SYST:COMM:ENAB 1,USB
Turns the USB interface on.

Queries the USB state, returns 1 (USB is on).
