Up to 110 MHz (4-Terminal Pair) SMD
Description: This test fixture is designed for impedance
evaluations of low impedance SMD. The minimum SMD
size that this fixture is adapted to evaluate is 1.6(L) x
0.8(W) [mm]. The 16044A has a Kelvin (4-Terminal)
contact, which ensures repeatable measurements. It is
also equipped with a mechanism for easily performing
open and short compensation.
