Novell systems require Print Server v1.2 and
above, in the form of:

PSERVER.VAP for v2.x NetWare file
servers
• PSERVER.NLM for v3.x NetWare
file servers
• PSERVER.EXE for a stand-alone
PC-based print server
UNIX TCP/IP systems require:
• Support for lpd or rprint
(Xerox-supplied)
• Clients must support TCP/IP,
TELNET, and UDP
• Optional load hosts require TFTP or
RARP protocols
EtherTalk systems require AppleTalk Phase 2.
DEC LAT systems require that clients support
the LAT protocol under the VAX/VMS or
ULTRIX-32 operating systems.
LAN Manager systems require:
• OS/2 version 1.30 or above
• Microsoft’s LAN Manager version
2.1 and above
• TCP/IP on the LAN Manager server
