From the Exchange Management Console window, click on
Recipient Configuration, and select Mailbox.

Select a user. For example, Brendan McCarthy

Right-click on the user and select Properties.

Click on the E-mail Addresses tab.

Click on the Add menu and select EUM Address.

In the UM Address (Extension) window, enter the
CS1000DN@domain of the user in the Address/Extension field .
