Stage 5
At the rear of the boom, bolt on the bracket to the back of the hydraulic
sub-assembly.
Install the hose guide bracket for electric and hydraulic options at rear of boom.
R EAR, B OOM- S ECTION 2
Attach the chain clevis to the chain.
B OOM- S ECTION 2
Attach the chain clevis to the chain adjustment block.
Stage 6
If it hasn’t already been done, attach the hose assembly to the
hydraulic sub-assembly at rear of the boom.
Install hose guide bracket to rear of boom-section 2.
Install optional electrics & hydraulics.
Install male and female hydraulic couplers to the head weldment of
boom-section 4.
B OTTOM, B OOM H EAD
The Boom-Section 2/3/4 package is now ready for insertion into Boom-Section 1.
