Sheet misaligned
Reload sheet
D Sheet media is skewed. Remove it and reload it so that the right
edge being loaded into the plotter is aligned with the perforated
line on the entry platen. Make sure that the leading edge is
straight.
Switch power off
Check cartridge path
D A servo shutdown has occurred in the YĆaxis. The cartridge
carriage cannot move. The plotter may be jammed with
media. Switch the plotter OFF. Check the pen path, and clear if
necessary.
D If required, troubleshoot the YĆaxis mechanics and circuitry.
Switch power off
Check media path
D A servo shutdown has occurred in the XĆaxis. The drive roller
cannot move, or the roll feed spindle cannot freely rotate. The
plotter may be jammed with media. Switch the plotter OFF.
Check the media path, and clear it if necessary.
D If required, troubleshoot the XĆaxis mechanics and circuitry.
System error

D An internal error has occurred and a multiĆcharacter
alphaĆnumeric code is displayed. Users should turn the plotter
OFF and then ON again to try to clear the error message.

D You have loaded one or more incompatible cartridges. Replace
the cartridges with those appropriate for this plotter. If the
message continues, then perform the carriage test (details '
page 8Ć27) and the mainĆcarriage comunications test (details '
page 8Ć26).
