Job Retention Deletion
The procedure for setting Job Retention Deletion is explained below.

In the Sys. Menu/Count. menu, press the or
key to select [Document Box].

Press the OK key. The Document Box menu
appears.

Press the or key to select [Job Box].

Press the OK key. The Job Box screen appears.

Press the or key to select [Job Ret. Deletion].

Press the OK key. The Job Retention Deletion
screen appears.

Press the or key to select the period that jobs
are retained.

Press the OK key. The Job Box screen reappears.
