NOTE: To enable FTP Encrypted TX setting, be sure
that SSL of Secure Protocol is On. For details, refer to
the machine's Operation Guide.
File Separation
If transmission is by e-mail or to a folder (SMB) or folder (FTP), set whether page division is performed.
1 Follow steps 1 to 4 of Using Requirements for All
Receptions on page 4-20.
Follow steps 1 to 3 and 14 of Using Rule for
Specific RX on page 4-22.
2 Select the requirement and press [Detail].
3 Press [Change] of File Separation
4 Press [Off] or [Each Page].
To have one file created for each page, select
[Each Page].
5 Press [OK].
Setting a Number of Copies
You can set whether the machine should print received originals when forwarding them. You can specify the
number of copies.
1 Follow steps 1 to 3 of Using Requirements for All
Receptions on page 4-20.
Follow steps 1 to 3 of Using Rule for Specific RX on
page 4-22.
2 Select the requirement and press [Detail].
3 Press [Change] of Print.
4 Press [On] or [Off].
If you selected [On], press [+]/[-] or numeric keys to
set the number of copies.
5 Press [OK].
