Confirm that no vibration occurs in the forward and reverse

directions near the stop position.

Lower position control proportional gain to reduce vibration.

Position control proportional gain is low.

Confirm that the load shaft has reached the stop position on

operating status display (U2-03 or U3-03).

Increase position control proportional gain to reach the com-

manded position.

Fault of Orientation Card or control PCB

Replace the Orientation Card or the control PCB.
