Called Station Number (PARAM02)
The station number of sending side is output.

Output the MEMOBUS function code received. Refer to Table 2.8.
Note: 1. −: cannot be output, OK: can be output
2. The MB, MW, IB, and IW registers can be used respectively as the
coil, holding register, input relay, and input registers during slave
operation.
