Output the status of the transmission unit. See "Status (PARAM01)" (on page 2-5) for
details.
Called Station Number (PARAM02)
The station number of sending side is output.
Function Code (PARAM04)
Output the MEMOBUS function code received. Refer to Table 2.8.
